Maintenance

We offer a maintenance service for all machines sold by Digit-Concept to ensure proper operation and prevent breakdowns.

There are two types of maintenance:

Preventive maintenance, which keeps machines in good condition and replaces wear-and-tear parts before a breakdown occurs.
Corrective maintenance, which is performed when the machine breaks down and allows for on-site repair and restoration to service if possible. This maintenance is covered by Digit-Concept if the machine is still under warranty.

At our facility in France, we maintain a stock of parts that is always available to ensure prompt shipping and repair of your equipment.

Custom Project

Digit-Concept has a Research & Development department, and we offer customization of our machines to meet your specific requirements and constraints.

Our expertise in mechanical engineering, sensor control, gas flow, wired communication, and BLE allows us to adapt our control rack and iPad app directly to a machine to automate it.
